What a Viyalimo Fixed Price Includes (and What It Doesn't)

Included in every transfer

• The chauffeur's time, from the moment you land to the moment you arrive
• Fuel
• Motorway tolls and bridge crossings
• Airport parking and the meet-and-greet inside arrivals
• Waiting time after landing, tracked to your flight number
• Water, phone charging and a child seat if you asked for one

Included in chauffeured hire

• The car and driver for the hours you booked
• Fuel and tolls inside those hours
• Waiting time between your stops

Not included

• Extra hours beyond the booking, or stops added on the day — we quote these before they happen, not after
• Parking at venues where you ask the driver to wait in a paid car park
• Anything the driver buys on your behalf

What about traffic?

Traffic is our risk, not yours. The price is set by route and vehicle class, so a bad evening on the ring road does not change the number you agreed.

Why we show twenty per cent off

Our published fares carry a standing twenty per cent reduction, shown on every price screen before you confirm. It is not a seasonal promotion and it does not depend on a code — it is simply the price we sell at, displayed honestly.

One price, two ways to pay

You can pay online by card and receive a voucher immediately, or pay the chauffeur in the car. The amount is the same, and the confirmation email is the same.
