The name, phone number, email, pick-up and drop-off addresses and flight details you share while booking are used only to plan your journey, assign a chauffeur and contact you.

Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing. It is shared only with the chauffeur on duty when that is necessary to carry out the journey.

Records are kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations require, then deleted.

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, the data controller is Viyalimo. Your personal data is processed to create bookings, provide the service, issue invoices and, on request, to keep you informed.

Under Article 11 of the law you have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to object to its processing. You can send your requests to info@viyalimo.com.

The price shown on the booking page is the amount determined by the service and vehicle class you choose. Our confirmation team reviews the request and, if needed, confirms the final amount in writing.

Transfer prices include the chauffeur, fuel, motorway and bridge tolls, parking and the defined waiting time. For hourly hire, the time is charged over the minimum hours set for the vehicle class.

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are free of charge. For later cancellations you need to contact our team.
